Shadowbanned (How to bypass with proxies?)

Hey guys..

I was promoting an offer on a particular site and it seems I'm shadow-banned.

Thing is.. even if I make a new account after deleting my browsing history/cookies and connecting to a VPN, I'm still shadowbanned.

My question is.. how am I being identified?

And, does anyone have any suggestions on how to mitigate such a thing?

Would a particular type of proxy help?

I got banned on Reddit due to my Ip location.
I use VPN and now everything is fine.
