Youtube Error When Creating New Channel/S

I hope this is the right place to post this.
Does anybody know how to fix this problem? I have no idea why this is happening nor do I know how it is still not fixed.

For how long do you facing this problem? Did you try with a different browser, IP, different account?
Maybe you created too many channels in a short period of time from one account?

Well the problem has been occuring past 2 weeks. But I was able to create like let's say 2/5 successful channels. Past 24 hours however, it just doesn't let you create a channel.
I tried new google account, new ip, new browser, even tried mobile version. Nothing. It's really frustrating.

i got the same error. use another google account to fix it.

Doesn't work for me :/ Tried 4 different accounts...

Use ccleaner and renew ip.. then new google account.

Nope... Still same thing showing. Maybe you got lucky
