I am offering a lot services, but, video things are the best for me. About how to get along, I suggest you have to know what you can do, it doesn't matter good you are, at least know some basic. You'll push yourself to learn more about the skill when you get a problem while working on any projects. That's what happens to me

1. I don't really remember, I got my first sale in 2016, and, I was not quite active yet due of my study, but at least I can get 100-300/month. I just got focused in the last 3 month, and I get 700-1000
2. I can't tell you the exact time, but yeah, it all the matter of effort and luck.

Yes, if you got some money I can say that you'll lost 3 usd at least for a single review.

Last time i used fiver at my best was 2011 and if i remember it was level 2. My Gigs were in good position with continuous orders. Then they dropped the ranking and gave top ranks to new accounts. this is how they were impressing new accounts.

Yeah, Fiverr system is allowing every new user get a good rank at first, it also happens to me when I habe only 2-3 reviews. That's why you have to prepare your gig very well. I can say that, rank 1-3 are new gigs, and the rest are based your performance. How much time you take to deliver a project, revision, etc.

No, I have no money to advertise it
As a said, I was offering a service with a very cheap price, like average price is 30-50 usd, and I offer them in the "buyer request" with 5-10 usd. Sometimes, I also mentioning that, "I realized that the price is nonsense, but, let me impress you with my work" etc. I don't really remember
But when I got my first client, he made 3 orders in a row! That's why I said, you have to impress all your first client even the price is not worth it.

additional information: Sometimes, I can't handle a lot of projects at once, so, I hired a few local designer on my local area to work on it. I want to quit on working on it and just let them do the work. I just the control and I want to start another business. This is business guys

Yes, I am. and also another design work like logo, banner, comic, etc, but not sales well, but at least, I can upsell it sometimes
