Okay, so in India whenever a meme topic gets viral i used hashtags relevant to the topic which helped to drive more traffic.
When there was some famous matches of India i used to post atleast 50 post a day. This helped to grow faster.

Yes! Right hashtags at right time played an important role. Also Content is the most important part of my journey if you're the first one to post a meme on a viral topic and other pages are curating them on their page your page too get a boost from them.

-Keep posting Consistently
-Keep a particular time for your post like 9am 12pm 3pm 6pm 9pm
-Post about viral topics on twitter
-Create original content if possible
-spy your competitors hashtags and combine them
Ps- don't expect any huge result before 4 months.

Yes my 9am post and 10.30pm Post gets more response & i do have a consistent time for posting,
I use 30 Hashtags but sometimes for a/b testing I try to post without hashtags too.
but bcos of my engagement rate i get equivalent likes by posting w/o hashtags too.

Interesting, I find posting at specific times offers more engagement as well. My hashtags don't necessarily tend to make that much of a difference, but to be fair, I have an account in the gaming art niche which is incredibly saturated.

I'm currently sitting at 12k, but my following is around 7k. I don't use followliker as consistently as I probably should. Honestly, the f/u method seems to be a pretty poor method of growth these days.
