What wordpress plugin and theme, should I use to sell seo services?

Also want to add membership.

I want to sell 15 + services

Want to add paypal, skrill and 2checkout as payment processor.

I think u can use woocommerce as a plugin, because in woocommerce u can manage u orders, payment method....
