Instagram doesn't unblock

I'm blocked since a week on my instagram page for doing too many follows. It was the first time blocked on that account and I'm still not unblocked. It really is not normal that it's so long
Any thoughts?

Been there my man, unfortunately nothing you can do, it's a waiting game now. That said, I'm sure you'll be unblocked soon and after that lower your settings.
