You sent a 'salty' email complaining that you wasted an hour of your precious time creating empty quizzes as you wanted to save time - you got a salty reply in return. I am not sure how you were trying to save time, or what you were trying to do, but to make it work you can't create empty quizzes. You were explained that plugin won't work with empty quizzes, it needs to have pages for questions created.

You sent another email yesterday and now you complain about the thread you didn't get a lightning fast response? I would suggest to relax and wait for a response your message will be answered in the order it was received.

But I was salty for the time lost, I wasn't salty with you. I told you the problem because I thought you were interested to fix the problem and also because it would be nice for me to have this issue fixed.
What I tried to do is pretty simple, I wanted to save some time... first of all I make a quiz. Then I add my 10 empty questions and the 4 empty answers for each questions and I save them as a draft. Basically this is the base for each quiz. After that, I use the clone plugin in order to duplicate the base structure of the quiz x10. Then I manually check the correct answers for each question and fullfill the quiz with the content. In this way I can make 10 quiz with 10 questions each quiz and 4 answers each question with just 60 clicks instead of 500 clicks that normally would require in order to make 10*10*4 quiz.
Of course though, I would still need to manually check the correct answer for each question, because and here's I meant by saying I lost time...

As I said, all the other times I received a reply within 10 minutes. I think it's normal to feel ignored if the response times suddenly become x144 times slower (and still increasing, sob). I really hope to receive professional support without personal spites

This sounds like 10x longer than just add a quiz - in any way, this is not how the plugin works.

There are different kinds of situations and different kinds of supports.
Particularly your situation is being looked at by our tech, not me, therefore it's done in different timing.

I'm waiting his support from almost a week but I didn't even get an email reply telling me that they are working on my problem. He is not even answering to the last couple of messages on thi thread, is this plugin dead? Let us know OP!!!! How to fix the broken footer with your plugin?

Chill out dude. Quize support is the best one you'll ever have, they'll answer you when its fixed for sure.

About the footer - I know what you mean, this can be easily fixed with Full Width Page Template plugin.

The update is currently in the works, it was supposed to go out today but was delayed till Monday.
We work on our own schedule - not yours. Every client is equal and each client gets the same level of exclusivity.

I don't appreciate your way to grab attention by posting bad mood messages on the thread.
Continuing with the same attitude will have consequences.

Uploaded the plugin to my WP site. Looks nice. Does it have the option of random sorting the answers? I'd love to have such an option!
