How to contact seller

Whenever i try to contact seller on ebay i got this message .Any one can tell me how i can get rid of this.thanks

....so refer to "messages." Your account is suspended. You can't contact seller until you resolve the problem via message. Did you already buy something and there is a problem?

thanks for the reply.I didn't buy anything before, refer to "messages." means should i contact ebay customer service for help??and if my account is suspended how can i login??

When you log in, under MY EBAY, there is a spot that says MESSAGES at the bottom of the list. You should read what message they sent you. If you don't see anything, yes contact customer support. You can log in because that's how they have it set up. It might be just they need to review some security information with you or fraud protection. Or maybe you created multiple ebay accounts? No need to hide anything from us.
