The general consensus is that you shouldn't go over 200 follows per day so you stay under 6000 follows per 30 day period.
Hey, after last upgrade I heard a lot of about 6000/30 theory which means you can't pass 6k followers for 30 days. It looks like the real thing, especially when users provide a lot of data related to this number, and even Jarvee emailed their user about that kind of possibility to calm with follows. Also, i heard a lot of information about users who passed that number and their account is fine. The point is, that you need to find a golden rule how to pass it (probably adding additional activities on your account) but you're getting tracked by IG around 6k a month.
I am aware of this ratio of following limitations since the update last june 4, however I think it was still just an speculations. As majority of people who automates are aware of the new limitations, most of them doesn't actually do the experimentation to test things out for themselves, I admit that in the beginning I am also one of them. It's so risky now to do even just basic experimentation, let other people do the dirty testing and adjust based on their final output. However it's been almost 3 weeks since then, and people are still relying on others to do the job for them, I think almost everyone is relying on others who also waiting for others to do it first. Since the 6000/30 surface it became like everyone's mindset of standard. Bottom line is we don't really know since we don't have enough data yet, and we are not going to figure things out faster because not everyone is trying out. Several of my accounts including my main and personal have been follow block and I have no clue when they will lift that shit, I left those accounts stagnant for quite sometime as I read on the internet and from here that it should have absence of activity to get lifted, but it also doesn't work, some are logout everywhere for a week and when I tried it was still follow blocked, some are for 2weeks and still blocked. I would say it differs from account to account as others here even claiming they can follow again after. Too bad for me I still cant.
I still have several dummies created 1.5years, 1year, 6months, 3months who aren't affected by the blocking shits this june because they are not running on those times, I don't think I can wait any longer before someone could figure the shit out for everyone else standardization, after all instagram would also be aware of everybody's ratio and feed that settings on their detection system, the more people who uniformly do patterns of activities online are probably bots. As the lifting of bans differ from accounts to accounts, I suspect also that penalties such as blocking differs from how aggressive you perform before. It's been several days since I decided to automate my left accounts to do an experimentation myself and figure things on my own. 200 follows a day is busted, you can go more than that, but it was more safe and since everyone wanted to stay on the safe side these day they set it as their standard, some of my accounts already following at 400+ per day and still not getting block. I haven't reach 6000 follows yet though, but I will post here after that to see if some of my accounts would get block. Just to be clear age of account also matters, people are saying newly created accounts are not getting block, I would say they aren't hitting the threshold yet, I also created some new accounts to test this even deeper and further. And nope it is not on the proxy, they only records actions based on a certain IP address, you need a proxy if you are running multiple accounts, shared proxy is fine as long as you are the only one who automates on that IP address, if not all of actions will be recorded as coming from one source. I bot everywhere, I even bot at my office as I'm an IT head there, if I get an action block everyone else will get block even my co workers who don't bot at all but use the office wifi to access their social media, i will just reset the IP as we own and run our ISP haha and everything is going to be fine, I set IP addresses of clients that we provide internet, so i also have controls on each accounts IP that i run,some are shared(multiple accounts i run on a single IP), some are dedicated, since we I control everything I was able to do more comprehensive tests, I even bot my accounts and clients on our office servers. At home I have an LTE/4G internet connection with a dynamic IP address, every time I turned it off it gives a new IP address, I run some accounts at home too it is safe as it wasn't static, I never use proxy.
