It's a Wordpress site with two themes:
Affiliaty mixed with Clicker theme.

Not sure if Affiliaty is custom developed or available to buy - you need to find it out yourself.

Next time check on https://builtwith.com/ to see if it's a wp site and then you can go visit https://www.wpthemedetector.com/ to see what theme it has, 9 out of 10 times it will reveal the theme and some plugins

In this case the website you referred to is using a theme from https://www.jobthemes.com/ but tbh I think the site you linked looks kinda shitty though, why better themes for coupns IMO.

It is powered by Wordpress, looking at its source code you can easily see "
http://www.couponzai.com/wp-content/themes/affiliaty", the theme name that they are using is "Affiliaty".

Upon a small sneak peak inside the themes style.css, I found this:

What do you mean with "a database"? Wouldn't I need to manually go and register to these websites to receive coupons in order to share them? I never understood the earning model of these websites. Do they share their own coupons and get a cut off the purchase or do they share random coupons and earn money with ads etc...
