I have an answer for this too. let me elaborate again, but first of all i'am not good in english sorry about that.
the panel that sell "ranking views" are the term they learn and get from the supplier, they don't make it from their side. when a new youtube system is created (i had one in past but i will never create in future due to the expenses but if you have over 50 million views orders a day you can create but it's not like you will get infinite views, you will also get charged for the traffic and saving will be about $1 per 10k views or so only). a new system is tested on about 20 to 50 random videos with different keywords, ranking of video does not depends on views alone, you need equal amount of interactions, recently youtube had an update regarding ranking of videos, if your video has engagement you can get some rank boost. few people try to rank game hacks, ios hacks, hard to rank keywords which is not possible alone with views. but overall ranking of video is not solely dependent on views.

The issue with low paid services is that the person doing the service is overloaded. And they are probably not profiting much anyways. So they get irritated when customers complain or ask for support because they already aren't making much money.
Now clearly that's not your fault. Because you both agreed on the deal. But it's the nature of low priced services with little profit margin.

Yes, smmpanels support sucks cause the guys handling support have no idea wtf is going on in the backend where the order is stuck so the only option left is ignoring your ticket or replying yes or no.
Now the views..... Just like you after getting frustrated I decided to do it on my own . After wasting lot of time I was finally able to do it after 1 year. But even then I wasn't able to rank my vids using my own views and it wasn't profitable at all unless you boost 4-5 videos simultaneously. So don't get fooled by ranking views it takes more than that. Only the best part of making your own views is controlling the start stop and speed . All methods were patched few months ago and it's becoming harder every day.

I see a lot of videos still ranking that i know for sure are being botted. There has to be a panel or method that still works.
I notice that when i use a vpn, i'm ranking in different countries for my keywords but not in the U.S
Always when a service is costly they give support like that way in a good and satisfactory manner. Local china phone vs iphone. Iphone services is always good even they take more money. I believe cheaper cost is always cheaper should not expect much support.

I agree, it's a nightmare to find a serious one. Ok it's not strait forward, but.. it should be possible to find a reliable one.
