Long Term Action Blocked on Instagram

Hey All,

On June 4th I received the action blocked notification on instagram for following and immediately shut down all activity on my account. I check every 3-5 days if I can follow people, but so far the block has lasted almost 3 weeks. Is there anything I should do besides letting the account cool off, and is a ban this long term indicative of a greater problem?

I had the same thing happen to me. I didn't touch it for a while, I could still like things and makes new posts. After a few weeks of not touching the follow button, it is slowly letting me follow again. Not letting me go at it like I did before though.
