You are right. They don't give a response every time. And when they answer and you provide the picture with the code they don't give you the account back every time. If they son't response it is worth to try to contact them with different email adresses. Good luck from me as well.

Hope you know FB & IG are like intertwined social media platforms. So, it's a huge risk to violate their TOS on your linked FB acc and wait for them to revoke the ban. GL mate

Yes you have to contact instagram and they will ask you to sent them a picture of you holding a paper with a code that they give you. Once you did this you might get back your account.

It doesn't matter why it was disabled. The process is the same and as i said there is no guarantee that you will get back your account but its worth a try.

Well you don't need that. That is for copyright. You can try this:

Fill this all up and send it to them. If they want to activate your account again, they will send you e-mail in 48 hours where they ask you to write your name real, insta username and code that they will send you, on the piece of paper, take selfie with it and send it to them. Selfie and text on the paper must be clear and on good light (not blurred in dark room).

It appears to me they throw people into a false sense of security and claim they will help or reinstate accounts they have DELIBERATELY deactivated just to obtain their personal picture and have no intentions of reinstating their account. That is the dilemma i am facing because they are so obsessed with getting y picture but yet fail to address why they deactivated my account
