First: Do not buy accounts

Account creation
Get an 4G Dongle or use you Smartphone with 4G USB Tethering

(If you know what you are doing you don't need Vmware)
(It's just to cut off all connections beside your 4g)
1.Install VmWare Workstation, it's free https://my.vmware.com/de/web/vmware/info/slug/desktop_end_user_computing/vmware_workstation_pro/15_0
2. Install Windows 7/10
3. Select this in VMWare

4. Connect your Phone with USB connection and enable USB Tethering on your Phone

5.

6. Change Adapter settings

7. Disable your PC internet connection, let USB Phone connection active

Now your Dongle/Smartphone is directly connected into VMWare Workstation

Use Google Chrome Browser in Inkognito Mode with following extensions
Dont forget to turn on extensions in Inkognito mode !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1: WebRTC Leak Prevent
2: Random User-Agent
3: Ghostery

Press things like in the Picture below:

Now create your Instagram account:
I advice you to use Gmail accounts for the max trust score!

I use getsmscode .com for gmail account creation

I Personally take the time to upload Profile Picture, set up Bio and upload some picture directly after account creation. Never let this step out!

After each created Account, disconnect your Smartphone from 4G connection for 10/15 seconds and reconnect it again. You will get a new IP.

After that, if you did everything right, you need no warm up.
I put this Accounts directly on my max settings with IPV4 datacenter proxies.
(it doesnt matter if you have 4g Proxy, you will get follow blocks anyways! read below)

My daily Jarvee settings:
160 F/UF per day max !!!!!
250 - 300 Likes
30 - 50 DM
4 - 5 Reposts
80 - 100 Comment Likes on own comments
150 - 250 Story views

the difference is the time and effort that you put into the account creation process
all is made by hand

its some other thing if you use an automation tool that creates accounts in bulk
instagram isn't stupid

VPS depends on how much you scale it up, just read some other threads in this forum
my suggestion would be
Use an VPS with Linux platform, you will save up about $10 a month with using free vmware with windows installation on it

I can't tell you bra, it's all about what you are doing with instagram. I'am just promoting my POD business in a small way, i have no bans.
But anyways i would suggest you to use my max setting: beceause of new insta algorithm

it's not a big trick, it was showed you by another member here already but not indepth
this type of account creation is high end and only for self purpose
any automation would fuck this up

So basically you are saying the follow block is unavoidable then ? Sorry if the question is a bit lame, but by follow limit , you mean simply follow actions ? Or each unfollow is subtracted from follow amount ? so if you do 7000 follow actions per month and 1000 unfollows means you are at the edge of safety (6000) or unfollowing has no anything to do with it ?
With your settings we will reach follow blocks in about 40 days, so what should we do aftr that ? drop the accounts and set new ones ?
