What is this error in Adsense ?

Hello BHW,

i have placed the code of adsense program into header.php or between <head> </head> tag already.

i can see the verification code in header code from the source code of my site.

Still i am getting this error

Anyone familier with this ?

Are you using wp ? If yes install header and footer plugin , active it and pest the code there and save ! They clear your

Just install Adsense plugin, with that you can easily add Adsense codes to any part of your site without any problem.

Try to clear ur wordpress cache if u r using cache plugin

It could be a silly mistake, such as.. you edited the wrong theme.. may be?
Do you see the code when you open the home page source?
Edit: Yup you can. Probably, that bot cached your domain or something. Give it some time (like a day or 2) and try again.

He says he directly edited the template file.. He shouldn't have to add another plugin.....

Like i said already ,

the code is in the header area already but the google is not detecting it somehow. No need of any plugin for it tho.

I already cleared wp fastest cache before pasting that code in to the header.php using >> wp-admin>>appearance >> editor >> header.php !

I can clearly see the code just before the google analytics ! My google analytics is working fine its just this verification code is not detecting

I submitted the site by clicking continue without checking.

I guess google might check the code via other bot or any other method since their automation is not picking up the code. I thought of this because they have also provided option like continue without checking....it makes some sense rite ?

Yeah, makes sense because some sites are cached; and the web master might not want to purge the cache (especially those 5000 hits per minute sites...) Just for the bot.
