@ContentExpert filed a federal lawsuit against McDonalds, Ronald McDonald, the Manager of the McDonalds in <city name> and the person manning the drive through window as he was scammed. Apparently this is not the first time @Mcdonalds scammed by not providing what one is paying for as there is an ongoing thread on Blackhatworld.com about being MickyD Scammed as well as others saying they overpaid for breakfasts.

Clarence Darrow was going to take the case but he has been room temperature for some time now so the suit is being handled by Alan Dershowitz.

The full brief can be found on ContentExpert.com and any updates will be share there as well.

Dershowitz has been quoted that he would like to make this a class action suit but explained that if you were a Burger King or Wendys fan that you would be excluded from the lawsuit.

Also, if you have backlinks to your site from low DA sites you will also be excluded as that is not how you build a quality backlink portfolio unless you are just using them for camouflage links.

Should you have been scammed please go to ContentExpert.com/MCScam and fill out the form to piggyback onto this Federal Lawsuit.

Yes its miserable. Paying around $14 for my American Spirits lol. Trick is to find the bodegas that sell it without the tax...then its like $7-$8

In general it is monetized using adsense usually.

I'm far from one that would promote using adsense as it is not usually the highest and best use of advertising space but in this instance it works very well for a couple of reasons.

1) The content you have on the page has high CPC KWs (lawsuit, court, etc) so you get decent paying ads.
2) People are prone to click those ads as they are very similar to the kind of thing that drove them there.

Marketing that is fairly easy as well and although I said use a press release, and it is a solid way to build on, you want to promote on forums/social media sites where people congregate that hate the accused.

I would bet there are a ton of fast food complainers on forums and I know for a fact there are FB groups that whine like nobody's business about fast food service/companies.

You have to make the page look legit though. A fair amount of content (KW stuff it with high CPC words) that looks as though you are actually working on a law suit.

An Opt in opportunity for them. You'll collect emails but not enough to buy a decent cup of coffee so just toss them.

A disclaimer at the bottom that is bogus and generic saying something along the lines of "No lawsuit has been filed but the briefs are being prepared" or some such thing.

It's a short term play and works good for this sort of thing, works good for pending bills in Congress/The Senate that are controversial and can work well about a public figure that is being roasted in the media.

You can be real dirty and have pop ups show up to garner revenue but you'll lose your monetization account if you get caught but I've mad decent money every time I've done this and it is literally a 15 minute site set up and another couple of hours marketing (outsource that!).

I know that most that read this won't do it but that is their deal.

I used to work at McDonalds as a young retard. I used to have a 'fuck the customer' mentality. lol Now when I go I demand great service because 'fuck their mistakes.'

It's the problem of running a disconnected corporation as a business. You'll never care about a business that you have no real influence in.

I agree. You cannot be passionate at that pay range. But let's be honest, as a 16 year old retard I was quite excited to start my first job. Where did I lose motivation?

I lost motivation when I realized there was no way for me to impact the company in any way shape or form. Because they were already set in their ways. Now whether this is true or not is up for debate. But that's how I felt.

Even if I would of become a Store Manager, I still had no influence on the future of the company. It was a disconnected feeling. There was no real purpose to work there, besides buying what teens buy at a young age.

So I hated going to work. And I quit like any sane person would. lol

And have been satisfying that craving every single day, sometimes twice. 6pc for $2
