Trouble with Survey

Hello guys,
I have been trying my best to take survey on some survey site, but each time my I.P address is been detected.
I have tried using VPN such as Nordvpn, Hotspot shield and Express, all to no avail.
I really need ur suggestions on how to bypass the I.P address detector .

Find some proxy provider ofc.
