Landing Page Help

Would anyone be willing to help me upload my landing page? I just don't know the best hosting for my page and I don't really know how to navigate correctly. I'm willing to pay for the help! Or if someone is experienced in Affiliate Programs and perhaps would be interested in being a paid mentor that's would be awesome.

Are you starting from scratch? No host, no CMS or anything? Like, literally, all you have is a landing page?
