Instagram Account Blocked?

Hi guys

I have a question regarding my instagram account. Yesterday I unfollowed 400 people. I actually didn't know that there also is a limit for unfollowing.
Later I realized that I can't follow anyone nomore. The bottom turns green in 1 second and then it goes back to normal (blue) again.
I tried to unfollow that I can do, but I can't follow back again. I can still like, comment..
It's been 12 hours since this has happened.
Does anyone know why? and if it's a block for following perhaps, for how long would it take, before the remove the block again? Is there anything I can do, to remove this block there is on my account?
This is the first time this has happened.

I haven't got temporary blocked for unfollowing, but I have gotten blocked several times for following too fast. When that happens, I needed to wait 12 hours max. As for your issue, if you haven't got unblocked after 12 hours, it could be several more days of waiting.

Is there any message visible on your account? I suggest you to wait for 24 hours and then take a look on your account. I hope you will find it ok.

Is there any option to contact instagram directly? Because instagram blocked me 5 days ago and i waited 3 days to give my account a little bit of rest but today i tried to follow some account and my ig is still blocked, how is it possible?

I tried to contact them with the "report a problem" option but obviously i dont get an answer which is a little bit annoying.. Unfortunately my Followliker was unfollowing too fast but i didnt expect that they will block me for more than a few hours / max one day.

My question is, how long can i get blocked for? Should i avoid liking pictures and also comments, posts basically everything? Its a little bit difficult because my ig account is for my online store and i need to keep my followers busy with at least 1 post a day.

My account is actually old because i created it back in 2013 and i think 300unfollow isnt that strong to be honest but i got blocked anyway.
What can i do to speed up the process?

this is all automatic mate, you need to wait until the ban lifts, it can take up to a month. You can´t contact instagram for this problems.

You can keep using your account normally except following new people.

Thank you so much for your answer. So i should even try to follow people in the next following days right? Because a few days ago i tried to follow one person just to see if the ban has been lifted already but the same error message poped up. This means that the "waiting time" is reseted every time when i try to follow someone or its a specific amount of time which i need to wait?

So basically i can like comment without problems but i shouldnt try to follow anybody.

Just wait for a few days and they will lift your ban.

I already waited like a week and thats why i was afraid that maybe my account is limited for good but i hope its not

All you can do in this case is to wait for a few days.

It's a follow block and in case you haven't noticed changes for a while now, scale your waiting time, as you must play by IG's rules, GL
