Tier 2 question for web 2.0?

I am making web 2.0 link to my money site and tier 2 link to web 2.0, what I am confused is that is it okay to make tier 2 links to all my web 2.0s from the same webpage?
That means I have 5 web 2.0 and some random website which allows my to put link on comment or forum, and I want to put my 5 web 2.0s links on those websites. is it okay?

Hell NO

If you are newbie:
- one tier 2 domain can link only to one tier 1 domain, with exceptions of very big sites and social media sites like facebook etc
- on facebook etc you can link out to more than one (but not all) of your tier 1 domains/pages, however each link needs different page and page content

made three web 2.0s says 1.blogspot.com, 2.blogspot.com, 3.blogspot.com and all these pointing to example.com
now, I found one webpage which allows me to do spam comments with do follow links says spam.com/example
Here comes my question, can post all three web 2.0s links to spam.com/example, is it okay?

yes i understood it and answered, the answer is, no its not okay. you should NOT link from the domain, nor page to all of your tier 2/tier1 links. if you are new and dont know what u r doing, link out (from) once per subdomain/domain

if your links have links under them that come from same domains, then youre literally telling google that you made all these links

You can do. But sometimes it can really hurt your seo campaign.
