family plan is like 14 dollars 5 people you pay 3 bucks per month .. pretty good deal. I myself have Spotify free I don't mind the adds ...

I've purchased an account for a few bucks from mpgh forum (no affiliation). They last longer if it's registered to a country you're from. I've also purchased Netflix and HBO ~5$ each, working for over half a year no problem. They even give you a warranty so you get a replacement if something happens to the account.

It all depends on how you actually want to use it.
Most account sellers (who sell if for dirt cheap) are not worth your time straight up.
There are some services, which add you to their family package, so you get your premium way cheaper. I never tried that ones, but you could look into it.
And the final one, is just to buy your own. It's not that expensive and if you can find a friend/family member, you could reduce the price together.
