Dropshipping FB Ads

I have a few ads running for my products on my dropshipping store, but I am getting to the point of where I need to start optimizing them and changing the targeting but I'm not sure exactly what I should be changing.

Any help with the optimization of my dropshipping ads would be great.

Hey, how can I know what price should I aim for?
I am starting a project in which I will use boosted content to collect e-mails to a list.
Should I aim for .01 regardless of the niche, country, etc?
If the answer is no, what variables should I be considering to decide what to aim for?

Do u target worldwide or only a specific country??
