I am facing issue that my website is not getting for the keywords. Can you please suggest me some tips how can i get ranking.

There are so many factors, when it come to rankings.

On-page and Off-page SEO are most important ones. You need to optimize your website layout, placements, tags, images etc.

You need to analyze the Keywords whether they are easy to rank or not.

Then, your articles around those Keywords are more important.

You need to check your competitor website, how they are performing. How many Backlinks they have etc... so many factors.

If you have some easy to rank keyword, an article of about 3000 words is good enough to get good ranking.

Wait tagging improves SEO? I was reading that it doesn’t. I haven’t been tagging my articles. :/

By Tags, I mean, Title Tags, Meta Description Tags, Heading H1 H2 Tags, Italics, Bold tags, Image Alt Attributes, they are equally important for SEO still, although it is controversial when google came up with an update two years ago.

What's your DA? What's the DA of your competitors? I don't want to say that DA is so important, but looking at that will help you to evaluate the competition.
Also, check how useful their content is. Is your content better than theirs? How many backlinks do they have to their websites? How many links do you have?

I think the first thing you need to do is to deliver a top-notch content that is superior to your competitor's content. Then, start building links.
