Site Structure For Link Juice From Root

Hey, I was wondering, does link juice from all links aimed at the root of a site automatically flow to other inner pages on the site?

I have a site set up as a blog with a basic silo structure of 3 categories for the blog posts. These categories are also set up as a menu bar at the top of each page.

Is there anything else I need to do in terms of site structure to have the link juice flow from the root of the site? Thanks.

You could also add a sidebar with most recent posts.

What platform are you using?

Wordpress. I have a sidebar also that changes depending on what's being viewed.

Passing juice/link structure on wordpress is pretty good by default as long as your using a decent theme and it sounds like you are. I wouldn't worry about it. Just make sure your links are the canonical blog titles and not the ID default.

Settings > Permalinks > Select "Post Name"

try to create popular, mostly viewed, related posts in side bar and also interlink the posts with each other so that user can move all the postings easliy
