Social Medias are becoming like shit lately, my twitter still " SUSPENDED ", sent them an e-mail about it couple days ago, no reply yet, although my account is 10% genuine with 2 or 3 tweets in a week.

Facebook doing the same lately, random ban shit policy.
1 - Clean your browser or use NEW FRESH ONE.
2 - Reboot Your Router.
3 - Use a NEW PHONE NUMBER.
3 - Use a New e-Mail.

PS: Better solution to open a new account using your phone number (Fresh One like i said) & confirm it, then login using your web browser later if you like.

You're able to access the account from mobile and not from the website?

No im nit able to access from mobile i use all website and the app facebook but nothing they block me ban me after few hours maybe because i got 1 account banned now they have my ip and i can not make another facebook maybe i must buy another phone and after created but now i am using facebook lite and its working i dont receive any ban . and my profile is not completed i change the name and put a profile picture of me thats all

I do this i fresh browser i delete cookies cache i try another browser use vpn etc .. But they still ban my because maybe i think that they have my ip and they see all ... Maybe i must buy a new phone and after create new one or wait untill my account get definitely suspended. Have you any idea how much days or weeks it tooks for suspend definitely my account on facebook?????

Use mobile apps to login to the account, but dont do anything suspicious like changing email,phone or password till after like 2 weeks.
That should work for you.

Man i do this i do all the possible thinks i out my number i put my photo verification i send document but nothing when they asking me for suspicios ativities and the say put your mobile number its nothing to do after 48 you account get suspended ..... But now i see in facebook lite is working i dont get banned . but maybe the best solucion is to buy a cheap phone and create a new account whit all my information . because maybe they have my io and trace this phone and they know that i am banned .what do u think ????????

And its everytime problem bc i do like u say i signup ehit mobile number but after they find everytime a problem they dont ask my to put a phone number they ask to put a picture of me ....

I have no clue how many days before you know it's definitely BANNED / Suspended.
Since you keep saying VPN, i guess the problem lays there man, they detect you're using a VPN (BAD ONE for sure).
Which VPN are you using?(Paid or Free)

I live now in germany but i use a vpn and the location i change to germany where i live ... And for now its not a problem .. They dont ban me ( i use facebook lite now ) because whit normal facebook they detect and ban me even if i login now whit my account they detect it and ban me after a couple of hours .... And i use Touch Vpn

or maybe the problem is. .... That my first account get suspended after 1 day i create new account whit same name and surname and profile picture after they suspend me .. And after another day i create the same ..... Whit my igual name and surname .. For that maybe?? Amd if i try to create a new account they say put a profile picture because we have 20 account whit your same name .......
