All Instagram locations

does anyone know how or where to get all Instagram locations with coordinates? Is it possible through their API?

I have huge list of my own "points of interest" with coordinates and I need to find near Instagram locations.

I see interesting.

Maybe turn those coordinates into nearby places/businesses, then you would have to input the location tags to see if any match in IG.

That's a pretty good idea. I know now exactly how to do it and how to get what I need. Just not sure about the Instagram output, but I'll ask my programmer.
