I have just been hit with my second DMCA infringement notice and shopify has taken my eCommerce store down. I have been running this business for multiple years without a hitch and would like to continue to do so.
My question is, for those with insight, how do I set up my eCommerce website in a way that is secure and ignores DMCA.

I have been trying to understand the process as this is foreign to me but please correct and guide me in my understanding; I can migrate hosting from GoDaddy to an offshore hosting website that ignores DMCA and set up a eCommerce store management system such as OpenCart or FleetCart on a VPS (that also ignores DMCA).
How safe will this be?
What other issues might arise if I were to head in this direction?
What safety precautions must I take to ensure my stores and customers safety?
What are the chances of getting "hacked" and who is liable if such an unfortunate occurance were to happen?
And lastly, If I am on the right track with my understanding, what services would you recommend?

DMCA is something big companies like shopify will never ignore.

I once was hit with dmca that was passed on to my host provider and he shut me down. I called them asking politely that I dont actually host any files on their servers. Images are being delivered via cdn and videos are embedded. Once they realized im telling the truth my account wad unblocked. Never the less, its your job to make sure everything is off site and your hands look clean. Dont go with major brands cos they are easy to contact and you are easy to find if shit Hits the fan.

But the best option is to host your site and its content offshore on dmca ignored hosting.
So your business and your site dont go down.

Can you give any ideas on some good dmca ignore hosting companies that work today. My so called DMCA ignore host just hit me with a 6 hour notice.
