I am having an issue where my bots are having constant phone verifications. As in I will use a burner number to fix it and then all will be well for about an hour until Instagram asks for it to be verified again. The bot is running on a residential proxy and is currently running a very small amount of actions. Any ideas?

Proxies?

Try cutting back on the number of actions. Once you pv again let them sit for a bit.
 
warm up your accounts on mobile phone for few days - say 5 days tops.... that will do it.
 
From someone who has their own SIM network,

I can tell you that no abnormalities here.

Each account has 1 SIM US number (AT&T) tied to it.

Running with ISP iPV4.

PVA every 3-5 days on 7 accounts out of 100. about 7%

Normal rate.

its your PVA method. It's always if your paying pennies for PVA, there lies your issue.
 
Residential proxies work quite good. But you may need a better PV provider to get off this block pit
 
What PV are you using? I did smspva until now and it worked quite good for me so far.

agree. My SMS Provider let to my accounts being deleted

I was using Burner numbers from the Burner app.

Oh shoot, I literally had no idea.

What service do you recommend I pursue. Money isn't a problem at all.

Right now it is what it is. everyone gets massive amounts blocks & phone verifications since last update. usually best to do when the area is hot is simply let your bots rest in piece for 2-3-4 days, and came up with a better plan / split testing What would work better
