how do I grab the proxy of my 4g sim?

dont know how to put this in words, but I wanted if i bought a 4g unlimited sim, how would I use that with jarvee?

I don't think so, I had a programmer do it for me. Raspberry Pi is a mini computer. The dongle is Huawei 3372h

but with one dongle you can only use 1 sim right? they are like 40usd so I would need like 3*40=120usd for 3 simcards? and do I also need 3 raspberry pi?

Yes, 1 dongle = 1sim. I don't remember honestly, RPi has 4 USB slots so maybe somehow you can manage to work with 4 dongles (maybe using a USB hub.), I just went with a cheaper option to buy an additional Raspberry Zero
