Someone who comes across as an absolute dickhead, isn't famous at all, yet has a blue tick and is getting 2k likes for tweets that often don't make any sense.

It looks like he's done the following/unfollowing for what must be 10 years, but why the tick? And why are people actually liking what he tweets?

I'm just genuinely interested where he's bought the attention from, and guess he must have followed/unfollowed since February 2012.

Still - very strange to get the blue tick.
