It's very likely that google is using machine learning approach ( neural networks ) now for it's page ranking algorithm. Which as people say is something like a black-box into which you dump some data, mix and shake the box until it vomits out the result you want, and call it a success. So probably even Google would not have much idea of how it's current algorithm functions.

Fuck google. Very good seo work on this site, original content pdf submission (only on few great sites), some web 2.0 with weekly updates for last 6 months, more than 10 great guest post (50-100 usd each) on same niche, natural links from forums and 10-15 similiar sites, video submission manually with link in description and lot more.. but this is the result! But i have also 20-25 website that cloned my site.. some of them are in first page maybe this is the reason.. but in the same date google launched this new shit...

I often see this comment thrown around, "build whitehat", usually by people that do not understand what whitehat actually means. Pure whitehat means you are not doing any kind of link building to your site at all. By Google's own definition, any form of link building, be that guest posts/editorials at $500 a pop or 50k automated blog comments for $10, it is all the same to Google - you are trying to manipulate your site's position in the SERPs. That is not to say that a link is a link is a link, obviously higher quality links will be safer and/or more effective than spammy links, but both types still qualify as blackhat in Google's eyes.

Ultimately, what Google wants you to do is sit around twiddling your thumbs waiting for your site to rank solely based on its "amazing" content, because Google has scared you into believing "content is king" and away from blackhat, and when you get tired of waiting (because you are not going to rank for any meaningful keywords with 0 backlinks) it will happily point you in the direction of its Google Ads as the only other alternative.

I'm very well clear on what defines whitehat. As mentioned, I've been in the game for years and experienced almost every type of penalty you can receive. All I'm telling you is building whitehat cant' get you banned, which is correct, and it does sound like you agree with me on this.

BHW is a forum where everyone believes SEO is about CPA offers, surveys and get rich quick schemes. Most of my works has been from major Scandinavian enterprises, and I can guarantee you that evertything is pure whitehat over there. Just thinking about grayhat movements involves board meetings and months of discussion, so there's meaning in going down that road.

I've problably monitored about 100 of these "enterprise sites" throughout the last 3-4 years, and never have I seen one of them get penalized.

I understand that most people here has to build sites that are somewhat Blackhat, or at least grayhat. But there's a huge difference in building quality content and doing large and time consuming outreach campaigns, compared to buying "legit guestpost" links off a shady forum.

Content is king.

So, my Google Search Console is updated on 4th July, rankings unchanged but impressions on search engine skyrocketed to 140 from 20 average, as my site was around position 80 on most KWs, I will still wait quite a bit, until I can judge

This matches what I've seen so far precisely.

Like I mentioned before, there is an article on one site that I use as a reference because it's 100% white hat and high grade content. That one got nuked completely so this tells me lots about this update. It had been ranking top 3 for 2+ years.

I could problably rank for most low/medium competition keywords for about a few hours to,o if I wanted, but that's not the way to do business, at least from my perspective. SEO is a long game.

Dont believe anything you read here on BHW. No one has a clue about anything, and relies sololy on what others believe. None of it is backed by any data at all, and if so, it's purely blackhat and problably comes from a 100$/month amazon affiliate website.

Speaking of Kyle Roof, I'd highly recommend you sign up for S.I.A (Search Intelligence Agency), where they actually test things out. It's also here where the Lorem Ipsum ranking process was explained first, and also how it came crashing down afterwhile.

Also, try and run your own single variable A/B splittests if you're serious on learning stuff and actually get to know the ups and downs of Google. It takes just a few domains, some practice and a few hours.

Far as I know he ranked for months. It only got taken down after the contest results hit the media and Google applied a manual penalty.

Anything related to health or nutrition is showing 2 results of healthline.com, 2 results of wedmd.com and the next 3 to 4 results to amazon.com...

Basically, 3 to 4 sites are dominating the page 1 results, which is really stupid, IMHO.

Most product reviews searches are showing in the top 4 spots amazon.com...

This is not just ridiculous, it is also unhelpful to most searches. When I want to buy something from Amazon or check some Amazon reviews I go straight to Amazon, as I suppose most shoppers do.

Does Google know that most Amazon reviews nowadays are manipulated = FAKES? Aren't they the smartest people? Well, they should know this by now and stop showing Amazon in the top spots once and for all...

No, that's some stupid SEO media that doesn't do their research either, which people (again) just believes without doing their research. The domain is http://rhinoplastyplano.co and everything from content to design is left untouched.

Firing the domain up in Ahrefs, you'll se that the website "ranked" from about October 10. to December 8. Just under a month. At it's peak (3 days total), ahrefs estimate 135 organic visitors on just 7 organic keywords on a monthly basis, if the trend continued. I'd bet Kyle Roof didnt get more than about 20-30 visitors on the page. I'm not sure I'd call that ranking.

What do you actually test ? I regard to the plano thynoplasty I remember the person, Kyle did a few test how the bot interact on the page
