Claim unclaimed GMB’s

So here’s something I’d like to know a bit more about please... if anyone has any good hints and tips please pass them over. Thank you.

There are quite a lot of unclaimed GMB listings out in googleland, and well I’d like to know how I could claim them and change details to my preferred info. I understand they may not last long once I’ve claimed and altered them but I’d like to see how I get on with this.
Any help, info or advice would be much appreciated. Feel free to ib me.

Yup... thats the way to go. When I first started up thats what I would do. I would contact them tell them that their business is venerable and they have to claim it. They can do it themselves or I can do it and optimize it for them for like $99. After doing that for them I'd up sell them more services after building a relationship.

This is a great idea. Did you ever do it to for those businesses where you can see the listing is claimed, but that is about all. The owner hasn't filled in much of anything else? It seems to me, you can sell these people too. Along with the people who have claimed, but whose profile is really poor.

I once paid someone to optimize one of my listings (not GMB) as the fee was low and I figured I'd learn something from an expert. I considered my money well spent when I saw the finished product.
