Best web hosting for bulk mailing?

Hey guys, I'm looking to setup a custom server for bulk mailing. I'm guessing one has to carefully select the right host that can tolerate mass mailing of up to 100k a month? I'm looking into OVH and ch-center but want to be sure before investing. Anyone who have tried their services. Or any better options out there.

Prior to you even starting to send messages, regardless of mass or not, you should initially guarantee that you have empowered all instruments which will increase your domain/IP address expertise as an email sender. That should be possible by empowering the DKIM and SPF records generally situated at your facilitating record's control board.
