Niche ideas- Something you know about, will enjoy writing about. Something evergreen but also check out the commission structures.

I did not make any site yet but want to make it before that i need advice and about keyword researched

i want to target just a country or give me advice what to do

If you don't plan to outsource, definitely go for what interests you and build a site to promote aff.

As @MisterF said, do something you enjoy writing about, is a hobby or interest. Less chance you'll get disillusioned then.
It's very hard work researching and writing about something you have no interest in.
If you want to target worldwide you will need to join each amazon for that country, or you won't get commission. Remember you have to fill out your tax forms for countries.
As you are new, you must make three qualified sales to trigger a manual review, so take your time on site design or you'll be rejected
