I need help can someone please help me out I want to do outreach for my e-commerce website. what I don't know how to do any which method is used, I search a lot but I failed and can't understand the concept . please share me the website link

Could you be more specific? Outreach is a method to gather a list of sites and ask them to publish a story about your service.
Also, outreach in sales means to automized process to collect leads data and send a message for them. In case we are talking about Linkedin, you can send connects and then send a bulk of messages.
What is your expectations from outreach, like what visible results should be?
