A couple of Questions though:

If google sees this as real traffic cant you increase dwell time, then click on another page as to improve bounce rate. Aren't these what Google looks at nowadays? If this would work couldn't you offer extra paid options such as these?

How does this help with Amazon products as a reviewer stated?

Why would this be iffy to run on money site as a reviewer stated? Due to the high bounce rate and low on page time?

If Google is relying heavily on "on page user experience" signals then couldn't those signals be added? To me 100 site visits per day with a 12 second to 1 min dwell time would hurt my site. It would increase my bounce rate and I am unsure how I would benifit from that? Am I wrong is traffic more important? I have only been studying SEO for 3 or 4 years and have a lot to learn but aren't those metrics more important than traffic. I always try to think like Google. If I was google I would rely heavily on how long people stayed on page, if they clicked around, or if they went back to the search and clicked another link and stayed there longer.
