Social Share Pop-up Plugin?

I am looking for a plugin, that would pop-up after X amount of time while reading an article and suggest sharing the article via social media.

Sorry, but as this has been posted in the blogging section, I am not allowed to guide you how to get this plugin. But it works very well for the purposes you've described in the OP.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but it's a similar thing that I'm looking for - only not sharing, but liking/folllowing/subscribing.

So it'll popup and ask people to follow, like fan page (Facebook), subsribe to Youtube channel and follow on Instagram.
