What are you guys doing to get more story views? I have kind of flat lined on getting more story views.

Post Stories frequently, use hashtags on stories, and make your stories interactive (+interesting/valuable) and use quiz, questions etc.

stories can be see by all followers. i think insta dont have any reach system like fb page?

If you want your current followers to see more of your stories create more engaging ones. Use polls, quizes, talk to them like you would to your friend. Showing your face really helps. This way people will start to engage with your content (stories) more and instagram algo will push it to the top of their feed.
If you want to reach more poeple with your stories use hashtags. Test a lot though.
I get like ~50 story views normally but once I found right hashtag I got over 300 just from one hashtag.
