Hi folks,

Nice to see that BHW has a crypto forum. Just thought I'd open a Q&A thread if anyone has any technical questions regarding bitcoin / crypto-currency.

I consider myself a fairly skilled software developer, and have been in the bitcoin / crypto-currency space for the past 7 years full-time. I know the protocol inside out, every message byte-by-byte, best security practices, I've developed several web wallets and other online systems for payment processing, etc.

I'm not much into the investing or arbitrage side of things, except for understanding the technicalities of how markets work I guess, but that's about it. Nonetheless, if anyone has any questions, feel free to ask, and I'll answer to the best of my ability.

My question is why are many people doing crypto without doing research. It's not a get rich quick scheme, It can get you rich but your chances are higher to be succesful if you are willing to learn.

Also why aren't more people into recently added coins. They are like investing in uber when it first came out. People need to research more and get more into alts.

It could but nobody knows, while you're waiting on bitcoin looks at the recently added section on cmc. You can get big returns in a small time using that.
