Can you suggest me a service that can I use to filter residentials IPs, vs. NO. I need to implement that in my scripts in case of will use that service.

From my experience most of IPs are residential. You can search for an API that have the data about IPs such as this one getipintel.net which is free to use for instance, although I do not want to recommend any service as still you will have to trust them and maybe they don't give 100% accurate results sometimes etc.
Basically you can find free API, no need to pay, then you will write a script that will change the ID in every session in the password contact the API and get response if it is a good IP or not. Additionally sometimes IP that could be the same for different session IDs so that you will need to check if IP already exist to the file to which you will be writing the data such as CSV or some DB etc. What I do is I keep track of every IP that is out there map it with the session and if it is residential or not. So when I need more IPs I'd run the script to get new 50-100 IPs etc.
Other than this you could find the list of IP ranges etc. and then you would not need an API. But I'd still recommend an API because sometimes some IPs are static residential and they could possibly be flagged if you want only to use clean IPs.
There are many services that will enable you to use their API to check about if IP is blacklisted somewhere etc.

Technically someone could use a vpn while using your software which means that in some cases you indeed will receive a datacenter proxy, unless you have a filter in place already?
Without automatic assignment it is almost impossible to manage accounts normally since a lot of time the proxy will go down and you'll have to switch it up manually, of course you could rotate sessions in Jarvee but even then sometimes you'll get a dead proxy and the account will get stuck at that point.

For some reason I've tried your proxies with two softwares and they don't work.. Jarvee works though

This is true but you will struggle changing the proxies all the time since they die out and don't automatically get assigned a new one for the session

1. Any Packeter who tries using our app with datacenter IPs will not be able to connect.
2. What are the other softwares that you’ve tried? As long as the softwares support HTTP proxy requests can be used with PacketStream.
3. The purpose of sticky session system is to give persistency between the session ID and IP. With our sticky session system, our users can receive a new IP or switch back to a previous IP when they need to.

I dont recommend anyone using packetstream if you are using the service for social accounts like facebook, instagram etc. Their proxies is just so unbelievable unstable. Lesson learned: DONT go for the cheapest solutions regarding residential proxies. I would gladly pay 5x more for stable proxies, rather than having proxies disconnecting/dying all the time. And the last 24 hours i havent been able to connect to their proxies at all. And yeah.. Their support is shit too. You keep telling them about the proxies dying all the time and you cant really connect, all they say is "well all is fine from our end"

@TNgyuen Our server was undergoing some updates and as a result, there was some downtime. We pride ourselves in is that our IPs are not fraudulent and that they are coming from real residential users with real residential IP addresses. Because our IPs are real residential IPs, it is possible that you may run into IPs that go offline at times. The reason you may have been having problems with the quality of our connections can also be that you were trying to connect to previous sessions IDs that were not alive at the moment. In order to get assigned a new IP address, you need a unique session ID.

Bullshit. Your service is bad.. I bet you cant bring one good review from one who is using your service for social marketing. Its simply impossible with your shitty ass proxies. You should be banned from selling your shit here! Using your service is 90% more time consuming that using other services like luminati etc.

Not sure about this but luminati is $500 (per month) minimum commitment for Residential ip addresses and its $12.5/GB of traffic its $1000 minimum when we select Geo-targeting: City based and $24/GB.
I would suggest packet stream to get a better ip change management.
Also if I google how luminati work then you will find that they work on same session technology. At many points they are same (Shared Residential proxies section).
