Follow tool - Instant block: why?

Hi,

I have a client for whom I automate his account and it's been 3 weeks that when I click on the follow tool, it goes instantly red and says "this action was blocked, we restrict certain content to protect our community blabla".
I tried to change the proxy twice, put new follow sources...
Also I manage 50+ accounts and it's the first that is doing me this...

What is this? Any way to get out of this annoying intant block?

You can try switching to a 4G proxy, reset device ID.

Thank you. Since it is on behalf of a customer it might be difficult to tell him to reset his ID... the solution remains the proxy but pay for 1 4G proxy when only one customer has this problem....
