it is not good for facebook 2019. We use more advanced method using zennoposter template with pva accounts and it is still not so easy using many accounts. I write about more than 10 fb accounts of course

Creating accounts with proxies is waste of time and money.Your browser have atleast 20 fingerprints and just spoofing you user agent is simply not enough.
This will work but your accounts will have very low trust score and you will waste a lot of time verifying them.

because i can see the pictures here
i take a screenshot using Lightshot then check the source page for the image link that clicks on the image icon on the thread and inserts the link
is there a better option? so i don't face problems in the future.

Would you be able to use this accounts to spam groups?
Probably not? Security checks and stuff.

Would you be able to use them for ads?
They will definitely face random security checks and eventually get blocked. Your best bet is to create those accounts from your country location and find a way to mass produce your national id card or driver license(fake one of course! Nowadays it is so easy on photoshop). So if facebook sometime tells you to verify your identity by uploading your id card, just upload the one that match your account details.
I am not a fb guru. Don't take my words for granted. What worked for me may not work for you.
