Usually doesn't. Different things. It'll mess with youtube inside SERPs though.

Probably google will cover 90% of the page with youtube videos, ads and shit.

You haven't noticed the amount of spam and black hat on the serps? There are literally 1 megabyte pages out there generated from 100% pure rubbish that rank like hell. In fact I suspect this big update is a fix for whatever happened in march.

I've noticed large amounts of spam links and obvious redirects too on google search results. Although ingenious in how they do it, Google will fix it and spammers will find a way around it again. Same cat and mouse game thats always been played.
 
kinda confuse as usual for me... so any folks encounter any difference ? traffic ? increase or decrease etc

I learned this lesson back in 2012. If I get SE traffic.. great but i dont rely on it or try to get it.

No fluctuations here but was stunt when I saw that according to my GSC my sitelink search box has gone from 1 to 15.
 
Some sites went up for some reason. Need to wait a bit more.
 
I wonder if there will be a specific niche that they are targeting, like how streaming sites are essentially gone from Google but are on DuckDuckGo.

LOL. With an AI and algorithms going more complex everyday, they will put the local man power back to work?
That's quite a "privilege" for an employee, nah? I hope they can be bribed easily, especially local team members, putting my website on TOP for a couple of Gs.
