Hello BHW,

This is my first time starting a Native campaign and setting up tracking.

So I am launching my own Nutra supplement and struggling with setting up tracking properly. I am using Voluum and want to know how can I set it up properly so I know which traffic source is performing better than others.

For example, I buy traffic from Native and they show my ads on websites A, B, C, D. How do I know the performance of each of these traffic sources individually? I know I can check this information inside Native networks own statistics to some extent but is it possible to get this information inside my tracker (Voluum) or any other?

Starting budget for this project: $3000 and an extra $2000 every month

Would love to hear from experienced native advertisers and how they do it.

Since you are using Voluum they have ready made tracking templates for most of the big native networks.

Go to Traffic Source -- > Create New -- > Pick the template
Then go to Campaigns -- > Create new campaign -- > Make sure to pick that traffic source you'll be running on and the lander & offer combination.

After that go to Campaign Overview -- > Copy Campaign URL and place that in your traffic source and you will see the performance by device type, placement, Ad ID etc

Thanks! it was more simple than I realised.
