Blogging Journey to 10,000 Visitors a Month by the end of 2019

I have had my blog for around 5 months now and I'm at around 13 articles. My total unique visitors since then:

Views: 3,202
Visitors: 1,185
Likes: 0
Comments: 30

My goal is to achieve 10,000 monthly visitors by the end of this year. I want to be able to work on full time blogging by 2021. The reason why I created this journey thread is that when I acknowledge my journey to people, I am more motivated.

I will be updating my daily stats for that boost of motivation.

- publishing a new article by the end of today
- figuring out why my data is not showing on Google Search Console
- disavowing my negative backlinks that's currently messing with my SEO ranking

Hello! Yes, I am promoting through Quora and Reddit. I am learning SEO to get traffic from Google. Although I purchase terrible backlinks from a non-reputable seller, my SEO is negative. I need to disavow my links first.

EDIT: When I first made my page, I was refreshing my page a lot to find errors. About 300 are actually from me.

Good Luck. Can you tell us what seo steps you took already to get this visitors ?

Sharing on Quora and Reddit. I usually get 1 from Search Engine per month which is exciting for me. I am learning SEO to increase that. I also get some from Facebook but I can't tell where exactly it's coming from on Facebook. I'm assuming someone shared my article.

You mean a Google Search Console? I registered my website a day ago and still haven’t received any data. I’m trying to remove the negative backlinks because it’s messing with my SEO score.

Notes: I deleted one article and wrote a new SEO worthy article. Holy shit. My new article that I posted received 4 people from Search Engine. This is actually exciting fucking news for me because I hardly get these type of traffic!

I’m manually adding links through forums every day to help my sites SEO ranking. Today is my dad’s birthday, so hopefully I can submit another article by tonight.

I just write about anything marketing related I guess. I niche is still really general but I'm trying to make it more specific for a more targeted audience. I am planning on doing both affiliate and ads.

You just answer any questions related and use your link as a source. Don't be spammy. Quora users want high-quality unique answers. You don't want to get flag.

Notes: I'm trying to figure out how to increase my rankings. I'm focusing more on SEO. I am waiting for Google now to disavow my terrible backlinks. I also fixed some of my articles today to make it SEO Worthy. I'm really impatient for the result, which is why I'm trying to push in as many quality content articles as possible.
