What is the Criteria for Quora Partnership Program?

Recently, I have seen a lot of post regards Quora Partnership program and the potential it holds for passive income. I have an old account but unfortunately I have not received any invitation. For last 6 months I did not answer any question.
Here are some statistics about my quora account.
1. Nearly 2 years old.
2. 500 + answers
3. 130k plus views
4. Monthly view over 13k
5. Nearly 100 shares and 100 upvotes

Any idea why I'm not invited to the program? Or I need to do some more things? I posted answer to help people. Never posted an affiliate link and my account is there before the partnership programe even come into existence.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the guidance. I did request for an invite. But I'm sceptical as the page said asking quality questions is what count. Most of my quora posts are answer. Let's see what happens.
