The program is NOT built with Ubot. It is built with c# - Win Forms.

Comment module is not available currently so commenting is not possible - the basic release is with voting [ upvote and downvote ]. There is a plan to add that in future - if you're interested then please keep an eye over here and we will update the changes here time to time.

The program has built in a way that you don't need recaptcha currently. If needed then we will try to implement it as soon as possible.

I am not sure about your different useragents question so can not answer. Upvotes are done as any normal user does so if a normal users upvote sticks and counts then upvotes given by our program will stick. But AFAIK the upvote sticking fact is totally depends quality of accounts.
