IG unable to deliver msg in dm

I have been having issues for months now where I'm unable to send msgs to some users.. and not only that these users are also unable to send a msg to me in return..
I'm having this issue on my business page on IG, and lose customers this way as some of them complains in comment that they are unable to send me a DM, and when I try sending them a DM too it doesn't go through.
I'm not sure if this is a kind of ban related, but I only follow and unfollow on bot, I never spam/bot DM
.
I do not understand how some (not all) are unable to send a DM to me and vice versa..
However for some, its DM works flawlessly.. Either me to them or them to me..
.
Please help, I'm confused and losing customers

I have never heard of this issue, maybe you could try another version of the app (return to an older version for example)

Well I'm on the latest version,, and moreover same way I'm unable to send msg to those particular users, they are unable to send a msg to me too.. its vice versa

You are using your account on mobile device? no proxy?

Just strange.. at least if I'm unable to send DM to those users, they should be able to send to me.. but No, not working

Instagram managers says it gives no shadow bans on IG!
When do you have a problem.. open the IG App and shake your phone..
This open a popup window and report this issue.
Hope that Instagram resolve that in next time
