If the number has been used before on any social media platform there is the potential for it to be flagged. More then likely the online phone numbers you have are recycled...

IPV6 + you dont know what you are doing.
I can smell from really far someone who lack the technical stuff, IPV6 is not meant to be used for not pro individuals who know how to warm up them or to sectorize/randomize them.
Tell me, if you can, the technical difference between a IPV6 and a IPV4.
If you cant them its the reason its giving you trouble

There's really a lot of truth to this OP. I've been watching you're threads and you are about to waste A LOT of money the way you are doing things. You should really learn the basics before you try and manage 50 accounts at once. IPv6 and you're a newbie? Get prepared for a lot of issues.
Why not start with 1 and figure things out first? Will save a lot of cash and learn what works and what doesn't.

Because i've grown 30 (slave) accounts before with no problems whatsoever, used the same type of proxies i use now, even cheaper phone numbers(chances of those being flagged are higher) and everything worked.
I managed to get lots of accounts rolling for over 8-9 months with 700/foll a day and 650 likes/day. Everything worked as intended, and i knew less then i know now (i'm not saying i know everything technical, but if i managed to get those numbers back then, it's only logical i knew some stuff)
I did read as much as i thought i needed regarding the proxies, with the virtual location and physical location and the difference between socks/https and more.
And the reason i'm asking people here is obviously because i need someone that's more experienced than me, to help me.
The only problem i have now is figuring out why something that worked before is not working now, when i triple check all proxies and try to find the best phone numbers around. I get that instagram is more strict but the settings i use are way under the radar, i warmed up every account i have, there's nothing related to Jarvee.

Instagram automation can frustrating I get it.
But right now your using old tricks on a new game my man. Things that worked back then don't work like that anymore.
My advice to you then is to change your proxies to 4Gs, invest the money into this and most of your problems will go away. IPv4 can still be difficult to automate these days without experience.
It's time to upgrade your connections and processes my man.

I'll stop the accounts for 10-12 hours, buy 4g's, add 10 accounts to 1 4g proxy, wait 10-24 hours and validate again with the same phone numbers, if it works, it should at least rule out the flagged numbers.
1 more question, after i got all these PVA's on the slave accounts, 5 of my clients accounts also got PVA, different proxies though, obviously. Could these be related? How could insta track those accounts from these when the proxies are different/settings and everything else too.

Rest the accounts for 48hrs ---> Buy 4Gs ----> test with 1 account first (rest 24hrs to 48hrs) -----> then if all goes well you can add more accounts to the 4G proxy. I personally never do more than 5 per proxy ESPECIALLY if its for client use.
That is just what I do personally because account safety is #1 priority but some people do it differently as well.
As for your question, your proxy connections are going to be the main issue. It's just the nature of some IPv4s. Nothing is leaking from your automation tool if you are using MP3 or Jarvee. The only other factors could be what's in your account info (bio,links, type of email etc) and where/how the Instagram account was created.
