how can i totaly hide page from google?

i want to ask how i can make a page that google will have access to it?
i know that there is a noindex tag
but google still can visit this page, it just wont index it

so is there someway to hide from google the content? i mean like make it in image or something?

You will not be able to completely hide it from Google, unless you password protect it. You could use robots.txt to disallow robots http://www.robotstxt.org/robotstxt.html but some sites will ignore this request.

I'm saying that even if you request that search engines ignore your site - they are not obliged to do so. Take a look at the image I lined, it says that "Its up to search engines to honor this request". If you want to be sure, password protect the whole site.

If you are using Wordpress platform, you can install a plugin Yoast SEO and there is an option in the Advanced settings in Meta Box. but as i know the meta tags - noindex and the wordpress function are just a request from the bots for no index the page

i know that a noindex page would not appear at the results
but how can i be sure that although my request google would not visit/read the content of that page? (in case that i dont use password on my site)

is there someway to to ensure that google would not be able to read the content/links on the page?

You can do this easily on server level via .htaccess file.

Make sure you only do the specific page or you might de-index your whole website
